Busy B's Professional Pet Sitting & Errand Service

If I could give Brandi 10 stars I certainly would! 5 stars just doesn't seem like it accurately portrays the service received from Busy B's. We have used Brandi when going out of town to come feed pets. When she has come when we were out of town, she didn't just feed the animals. She was observant to other things & called immediately when she smelled a slight gas odor & was concerned something was wrong. Brandi is not just a pet sitter. She is whatever you need her to be when you are not present to be there yourself. What I really want to talk about though is how Brandi came through for me in an emergency. The night before my husband was to have have major surgery, something was terribly wrong with our rabbit. I tried to get him to an emergency vet, but the specialist vet refused to come in. I was beside myself that my rabbit was just going to have to suffer while I tended to my husband. I called Brandi the next morning. She took care of EVERYTHING! My vet was out of town. She called around & found a vet that treated rabbits, picked up my bunny & got him to the vet. She called me from the exam room on speakerphone so I could hear everything the vet had to say & ask questions questions myself. She got his medicine, made sure to get thorough typed out instructions for me, brought my bunny home, cleaned out his cage & set it up appropriately for his needs at that time. She gave him medicines, made him comfortable, left the instructions for me, but also called me to go over them & make sure I didn't have any questions. To cut this long story short, I ended up having to put my bunny to sleep while my husband was still in the hospital. Brandi had stayed in contact with me the whole time checking on him everyday. She didn't want me to have to go to the vet alone to do this & offered to come with me. Brandi has become family to my pets. I am completely comfortable with her having unlimited access to home just in case of another emergency. I can't recommend her enough!
