Henson Family Dental

I went to this office back in 2013 and I received a series of procedures (root canal, fillings, and composite). The office was nice along with the dentist and staff. However, in 2014 I started experiencing issues with every procedure done. One filling partially fell out, another wasn't installed properly and became loose from flossing (now i need a root canal), my root canal cap came COMPLETELY off, and my composite fell off after about 2 months! These services were a complete waste of money and time. I now have to get all the work REDONE and in addition it costing me more since I now have to replace a cap and get another root canal. The office is nice (TV in every room) and the staff is friendly, but this dentist does not perform good work.

My experience at Henson Family Dental was very pleasing I just walked in as an emergency and was able to be seen right away. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was also she explained everything to me in away that I could understand she was very thorough, after being seen I was able to get right back in the following week for my appointment. The office is beautiful and clean I was so impressed with everything and everyone that I referred a few of my coworkers, family and friends. This is now my family dentist and yes it is kid friendly.

My experience at Henson Family Dental was wonderful! I'm usually the biggest chicken in the world when it comes to the dentist (had a horrible experience, in the past). However, everyone there (from front desk to doctor) are so down to earth that I forgot that I was at a dental office! One of the assistants told me, "We are just regular folk around here". They all seemed to get along and genuinely like each other. Sometimes the tension in doctor's offices can be so thick and SERIOUS until it's impossible to relax. Not there. They also make you feel very special because they remember your name and other facts about you (unlike those "chains" or dental mills)!

staff is very friendly dr has an attitude she was rude to me several times and for no reason. she looks at people like they are beneath her. did get right in though. she did take the time to tell us whats up but still the attitude was a big no no with us.
