Robert showed up in the middle of the night when my water heater had burst a leak. He temporarily fixed it to get the water to stop leaking everywhere. Then when the home Depot opened Robert was standing at their doors as they unlocked them and he finished the job with the new water heater and he even disposed of my old one for free and cleaned my floors. All this was done in time for me to get hot water and be at work on time. I give Robert 1000% AAAA++ rating for his kindness, professionalism, very knowledgeable with multiple skills, well dressed, very well mannered. But the best part was the price, I could've hired Robert 3-5 times for the same price as what these other guys charge for 1 job
