Reliable Towing & Impound

This Company is a complete Scam from the disrespectful employees, to the "laws" that they make up to make you feel forced to pay them money to receive your vehicle back. If you are considering using this company for services I plead you to not use this business unless you want to deal with disrespectful people and unprofessional service. The workers purposely ignore calls, give false information about procedures and truly make the experience horrible. If I was the owner of this company I would be ashamed to call it my own. Anyways know your rights and study your law before you deal with these people because they will give you the run around until you show them money. But if a vehicle is towed from private property research City law Section 23 or 32 states all that you will need to get your vehicle away from these people so that you can go back to normal life. They say that court is the only option to fight for my car back little do they know when they violate laws they will be held responsible and a lawsuit is a walk in the park against these people. IF THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT PAY AND IT WAS NOT TOWED BY THE POLICE THEMSELVES, CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT. AND REPORT THIS COMPANY AND OWNER AND WATCH THEM PEOPLE CRUMBLE LIKE A COOKIE ONCE THE REAL LAW GETS INVOLVED.

Had a very good experience using this company to remove a vehicle that was parked on my private property. They arrived quickly and were very polite. Great service all around. I recommend using them if you need tow service!
