Our experience with was tragic and dangerous in my view. My daughter went to an appt and forgot her insurance card. Asked if they could contact the insurance company for verification of insurance and told they would not consider making the call. She had all information including phone numbers, Member Id and arguably the best insurance available in the country. The front desk clerk was a temp and she found it necessary to also include a diagnoisis of my daughter, stating she was clearly in need of help and should go to urgent care??? I've filed a complaint with our insurance company and expect they will be removed as a preferred provider for this top of line insurance group. If there was lower rating than one star, I would have made it. The fact that the business would consider have an incompetent front desk person dealing with patients is an indication to me that they are not the compasionate group that anyone should trust their mental health.
