CITI CAB Arizona

As the title states I will never use Citi can again. First the driver went to the wrong address was NOT EVEN Close. 30 mins later I call to see if he was coming. I don't think he was and based on where he was coming from I think he picked up someone else and took them to the airport. After arriving he doesn't take the quickest way to the airport, instead he drives through a small commercial area, again not a straight through shot. I've taken the taxi several times and know the approx amount it costs to get to the terminal and the fee was several dollars more. Highly disappointed!
