Caf Champagne is an award-winning restaurant at Thornton Winery in Temecula, Calif. Thornton Winery has been offering food and wine since 1988. Caf Champagne has been awarded by the Southern California Restaurant Writers Association for its menu and wine. The restaurant offers lunch, brunch and dinner menu. Its menu offers appetizers, salads and entrees. The menu comprises wild mushroom cappuccino, marinated portobello mushroom, crab cake, and eastern crab spring roll. The salads and entrees served include field greens, Caesar salad, smoked tenderloin of beef, saut ed prime rib-eye steak, grilled lamb, marinated roasted breast of chicken, and pan seared tuna. The Sunday brunch at Caf Champagne features the restaurant s traditional menu dishes, including brunch entrees, sandwiches, soups, salads, seafood, salmon, crab, calamari and prawns.
