Overall
Avoid Service Center

Two months ago this service center had my car in their shop for 4 days to put 4 new tires on the car. It took them 2 days just to get the car in and another 2 days to order the tires and put them on. In the two months since then, I had to put air in one of the tires twice. So I took it back to them and they repaired a leaky valve stem for free...it took me three days to actually get the car into their shop because they never stick to the schedule they give you, but they did repair the valve stem quickly once it was in there-this is not what I am writing to complain about, but gives background information as to why I did not feel comfortable to continue doing business with them in the future. This is why I am writing to file a complaint. When I came to pick up my car from having the valve stem replaced on my tire, they told me that while doing a visual inspection on the rest of my car (not taking anything apart, just looking at it) that all 4 breaks needed to be replaced. They said the front ones needed to be replaced but the back ones especially did. In their words, my back brakes were "Completely unsafe to drive on." Well, because of my previous experience with the shop (see above paragraph), I did not want them to do the work. So I told them, "Thank you," for letting me know about the problem and I would get it checked out. So I took my car to another shop that actually took my brakes apart and did a full brake inspection. The results? My front brakes still have 60% of their pad remaining and my "unsafe" rear brakes still have 80% of their pad remaining. I am grateful to have only spent $30 for a brake inspection, but should I have trusted this other shop at their word without getting a second opinion, I would be paying hundreds of dollars for unnecessary brakes.
