this manager is the most rude person ive ever experienced in the "service"industry! he was extremely overinflated with self, and spoke down to me as if I was stupid, he was unprofessional to the point that his clothing looked like he was on vacation in a trailer park! and his attitude was the same! if you are in need of automotive service, I strongly recommend that you do not visit this shop! you will be highly disappointed, and add that to needing service, and its not going to be a good experience, there are plenty of nice people in the automotive service industry in Taylorsville N.C. that are happy to show you respect, and courtesy when you need it most, but this place is just not one of them!
