T-Mobile

I have dealt with a manager at this T-Mobile location named Josh Cook, via his business card, has been awful! He promised me a "manager deal" then I was hit with charges on my bill that he told me was part of a special since he was the manager of the store. Another occasion he yelled and screamed at an employee while I was waiting in line to pay a bill. My daughter came into the store a month after and went into the store to pay our cell phone bill and the same manager was joking with an employee about how attractive this girl was that worked at the store!! The other employee seemed extremely uncomfortable and apologized to my daughter for his behavior! I am furious and disgusted in his behavior. I love T-Mobile as a company but this type of manager is making the company look bad!
