Great place! The management is very friendly, and the park is well kept. I would definitely recommend this park for short or long term stays.

If you are staying for a short time, this rv park is well located. However, if you are looking for a well maintained, well managed, safe haven for privacy to live long term, this is not where you want to be. The park is rundown. There isn't even a sign for the park anymore. Many of the residents are nosey, spread rumors and gossip about other residents. Management listens to the rumors and gossip, thus feeds the beast. The gossips run the park. I was not comfortable living there. On several occasions there were unwanted advances by single men. There are several other, much nicer and better managed rv parks to live long term in the area. I would not recommend this park for long term living.
