Shell

This used to be a good place to go because they have a drive thru window to the store. Recently they have someone named "Lucy" working the window and she is very rude, and has a chip on her shoulder. She grumpily asks what you want, like you are inconveniencing her by waiting on you. She has a bad attitude and will close the window in your face before you finish telling her what you want. I went there two days in a row thinking that she was just having a bad day the day before. Apparently not, I got the treatment the next day only worse. This time she slammed the window in my face when I asked "What seems to be the problem?" I knocked on the window and told her I was disabled and could not walk into the store and explained that is why I come here. She gave me my product and then told me, "Next time goes somewhere else!" and again slammed the window in my face. If this wasn't the only drive thru in town I would.
