Very busy shop that has it all! Wonderful service and a very unique experience everytime. They treat you like family!

He had used motor I needed, haven't ran it yet, but I will find out. So far so good, Paul the owner was cool, so springs coming

BUYER BEWARE! Please learn from my experience and do not take your boat to Zubok's for any service. They quoted me a certain price. Then when I went to pick up the boat the next day, they attempted to charge me four times that amount! I never received a phone call stating it was going to cost me more than the quote nor was work stopped until I could be contacted. Furthermore, some of the work was “rigged” as my trolling motor was being held in place with a bungee cord...Which was going to cost me even more money to get fixed! Their pleasant attitude quickly changed when I challenged the bill amount to the point where I had to call the police to help me due to their "Brow-Beating" techniques (calling me “cheap”, saying “we have your boat and you can’t have it until you pay us the full amount” etc.). Thankfully the police did assist and I was able to take my boat and pay only the amount quoted.



Two reviews - Same message. Don't trust these people. My next step will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.

Have a great experience here just don't expect to have everything for free. Also, your spelling abilities effect the time that people will spend with you. Take the time to spell properly and maybe people will take time out of their day to give you free advice.

I went here today and the woman was wonderful, but the owner was a joke. First off he was rude. I asked a simpel question about a colored wire and what it was for and he flat out told me to bring it to him because he is not getting any free advice. Then gave me the worng part i had to go back four times and when we finely got the right part he charged me full price for a used part,I found this to be a joke charge me for something that was used and full of oil, it's not so much that I wanted the package just a peice with no wear and tare on it, and because i needed it and would have no time to go anywhere else i bit my tounge, i just belive that it should have been cheaper do to the fact that it was used. I am not sure but I belive it to be his game to give you all the worng ones until you get fed up and bring it to him.
