Talk about a bait and switch. Lies, lies ought to be called a used car dealership. They promise you a delivery date and now it's 3 weeks past that and I'm still waiting for what I paid for. They should be ashamed of the way they say one thing and when it doesn't arrive lie to you and said they never said that's what they promised you it would be. That's the reasons why I had them put it on the sales recipient so I can say it to their face I will never recommend them nor give them 1 more cent of my money. Shameful the way they get you to buy and then take their sweet time with getting what you paid for. BEWARE OF THESE SHADY CAR SALES MEN BEWARE

Very dis-satisfied with art van Service bought a vet in there to buy a bed set very dissatisfied with the service

My family had been shopping at Art Van for 13 years and had purchased numerous sets of furniture from them. We just bought new bedroom furniture from them and when it was delivered to our house the bed sat much higher than anyone told us it would; 3 feet off the ground! When I called to see what we could do, our salesman helped us pick something else that would save us some space but then told us it would be a 15% restocking fee. It had been in my house all of 20 minutes. I am sure this is standard but for all the money I spent in that store, I was sure that they would help me out and at least lower it. Plus they were going to charge me delivery again. No one cared. No one cared that this was the defining customer service moment for me and my husband. They could have helped and even negotiated the fee and kept a customer. But instead they needed to keep making millions of dollars and be big corporate America that we all know and love. Well Art Van, you have lost this one and everyone I see will know that you couldn't be bothered to help me out. 12 years of good service wiped away by one bad experience. Just remember, it takes months to find a customer and only seconds to lose one.

Purchased a mattress set on Monday, my salesman asked if I wanted it delivered tomorrow. I told him tomorrow and Wednesday were not convenient, but Thursday would be good. On Thursday I cleared and cleaned out the bedroom, moved lamps and breakables from the bedroom and the route from the door to the bedroom. Unfortunately, Jonathan could not read a calendar, and scheduled delivery for a week from Thursday. So tonight I sleep on the sofa amid chaos.

This Art Van was a surprise to me. No one pressured me when I walked in the door and when the sales lady got to me, she was very good with giving me my space and allowing me to ask questions. She gave us a great deal and the financing went very smoothly and now my wife and I are enjoying a whole table set, a couch, chaise and a recliner thanks to Julie from Art Van Taylor. I can't wait to finish my other rooms so I can furnish them ala Art Van.

My husband and i went to Art Van in hopes to buys a new living room set. We found a wonderful leather living room set in the clearance section, nice leather set. We ended up buying all three pieces. It was delivered to us and one week later the left side of the couch was making a popping sound and you could feel it when you sat down and got up. So we contacted Art Van and they said Clearance is sold as is but they would have someone come out and look at it. The guy came out and could not fix it so they let us do a re-selection. We ended up buying a set out of the "new" section which cost us $1400.00 more. They charged us a $350.00 restocking fee for junk furniture they sold to us in the first place. We could not get our money back from the first sale so we had to buy something else from there. When you go to Art Van if you do make sure you take a calculator with you because they will screw you on the price. I also know of two other people that have bought from Art Van and they both had problems with the furniture and had to have some things replaced. If you want to get screwed then go to Art Van the one on Eureka Road in Taylor.
