Handyman the Store

(Backstory) -So I'm just a senior in high school and I had a few project builds that I was doing, but the only scrap yard that I knew that was near by was 37 minuets away!
(Being part of my FFA Chapter I had little time to do things during the week and I worked my job on the weekends) I never could get the time to devote a whole afternoon to driving that far. -

(That Day) -I did a bit of searching in my area for closer things but all the other places just buy scrap not sell it. And NONE of them were helpful with finding somewhere ells to look.
I ended up calling just on a whim expecting the same thing I have been getting from everyone ells, but I was greeted nicely and it turned out he had what I needed!
So after running a few errands I went to the store, I was looking around and I found something that potentially could help me with another bigger project. I had a question about a specific part I was looking for and explained my project. The store owner AND another customer that was talking with him ended up having a very helpful 30 min conversation/brainstorming session on how to get one of my bigger projects to work.
In the end I bought a bunch of parts and do-dads and the prices are great!
I spent only $176.00. NOW BEFORE YOU FREAK OUT

I found a old leather "Desert Shield" Flight Jacket in the back of the shop, and my Dad loves Air Force anything so I bought it.

Originally the jacket was priced at $250.00 but the Store owner was so nice as to drop the price down to $150.00!!!!!

So in the end I really only spent $26.00 on all the parts I bought.

I know that I am definitely going back anytime I need parts.
