        Overall

        This review is long overdue. We are "three peet" customers. From the moment they walked one we knew we made the right decision to use them! First they carpeted our lanai which was lumpy and uneven concrete. Next they made rugs that were bound and third, they installed blinds. Courteous, friendly and yet professional! We try hard to buy local instead of using big box stores and we will use Carpet Depot for all our flooring needs!! Jan Myers

        I am amending this post because after working with the 2nd owner at the Bushnell location, the company is resolving our vinyl floor situation. They starting working with the manufacturer on the warranty and when the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their warranty, Carpet Depot stepped in and is replacing our floors completing and giving us credit for the previous floor! We are getting a newer floor and better product for minimal cost. I can't thank the 2nd owner enough for working with us and handling the situation professionally. It is not installed yet, but soon we should have a vinyl floor that stays down and doesn't lift at the seams. Thank you!



        Spent thousands of dollars on expensive vinyl floors with a lifetime guarantee only to have it start coming up a few years later. When Carpet Depot came to repair again they did an awful job and the floor looks worse than it did before. Owner proceeded to hang up on me when I called to complain.
