        Established in 1928, Trucchi's Supermarkets is a chain of department stores located in southeastern Massachusetts. It was founded by William. M. Trucchi with $500 at the age of 16 in Taunton, Mass. The chain s stores offer a variety of grocery, bakery, meat, seafood, fresh produce and cooked food items. Its stores fresh produce items include red peppers, bananas, oranges, green beans, mangoes, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. The retailer s stores also offer a range of freshly-prepared salads that includes potato, cheese tortellini, roasted pepper, and beet and onion varieties. Trucchi's Supermarkets is an independent, family-owned and -operated business. It maintains a location in Taunton, Mass.

        The cashiers and service clerks were so nice and helpful! Along with the men working in grocery I had no problem finding where everything was! The selection of brands is great and the prices are reasonable. Watch out for Wacky Wednesdays where the best sales are!

        This is the closest you'll get to the 'Neighborhood' market... of yesteryear, with all the MODERN conveniences.... Great selection, great Deli & Meat Depts, SUPER IN-HOUSE bakery.... yum! Nice Friendly People! From the folks stocking shelves, to the manager... all good friendly, helpful people.... I try to avoid going anywhere else!
