My inspector Kent was prompt, incredibly informative, kind, respectful, and made a process that is a bit scary at first as comforting and quick as possible. All very nice. Helpful advice and follow up. Ask them agog time weather to close all widows before their arrival. Might help readings between inside and out be more accurate.
