Artistic Cuts Salon & Spa

VERY DISAPPOINTED with my Keratin Treatment at this salon. I had the keratin treatment done by Brittany, spent 3 hours in the salon, followed the post treatment instructions. On the 4th day, I washed my hair with non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner and my hair didn't look much different than before the keratin treatment. My hair is medium length, straight with a little frizz and a little wavy just in the back of my hair. The reason I got the keratin treatment was to get rid of the frizz and the little wave that I had in back of my hair, this wasn't the case. I contacted the owner of the salon, Lynn, she was going back and forth blaming my hair; that its highlighted and damaged, that's why the keratin treatment didn't work?! What?! I take very good care of my hair and use good products, so please don't say my hair is damaged when you have not even seen it in person. What an UNPROFESSIONAL response and experience I had at this salon. Did not get a refund that I asked for! DONT GO HERE!

The Stylists at Artistic Cuts are extremely professional, friendly and most of all, they are VERY talented! Lynn (the owner) has been cutting, highlighting and styling my hair for several years now, and I've always been extremely pleased with the results. She listens to her client's requests...and if a client isn't sure of what they want to do, Lynn will make helpful suggestions on how to improve a LOOK. She is truly a perfectionist at her trade!

Called my daughters cell phone by mistake because another person left that number for an appointment. (I can assure you it was not my minor child, and we live two counties away) When my child said they had the wrong number the caller was rude, argumentative and completely unprofessional. Try acting like an adult and not yelling at a minor.

Lynn cut my hair a few times and it was awesome. My hair is full and thick and it gets pretty "motley." Lynn dove right in and took it down with her scissors, not a "shear." It's like she cut every hair individually, the proper length all over my head. Artistic Cuts should be called "Artistic Sculptures," their work is so precise and beautiful - like a Michelangelo sculpture! This past week Lynn was busy so she introduced me to "Nick." He's all scissors, used 3 different pairs and took it all down with style. Hmmm..... call him "Nicholas Scissorhands! He's that good! Looking forward to my next haircut at "Artistic Cuts," a few doors down from Walmart, off US 19 in Tarpon Springs.

Lynn is AWESOME!!! I first came to her to get a hair cut and was blown away!!! I've had my hair done all kinds of places including very high priced hair salons; I've never been as happy as Lynn made me!! I went back to her to color and highlight my hair for my 30th birthday, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it spot on!! She takes her time and she will make sure you look amazing when you walk out of her salon!!! I am a life time customer and know you will be too!
