Not the best but not the worst. Roads need work but office staff very nice. I have seen better parks and I have seen worst parks. Park is a little over priced for what you get.

This trailer park is way too expensive for what you see and get. Still, they keep raising the rent each year by at least 12.00 each year. In 2018, it will now cost 260.00 a month with few amenities. Other parks in the area charge half that amount and have blacktop driveways, better roads within the parks, etc. The managers and owners must have little to no business knowledge because if they did they would know it is smarter to lower your price per unit and rent more units than to raise your price and rent fewer units. Example if you have a 100 lots rented at 260.00 a month that equals 26,000. But if you rent 200 lots for 200 your total becomes 40,000. Each year more and more move. Owners/managers get a "clue". Other communities in the area that charge more offer free wifi, basic cable, and are more centrally located to Huntsville. If you want to charge upscale prices then you must have an upscale park which you do not. This park meets the minimum. Many of the lots are filled trash, clutter, junk, and over-grown vegetation. They refuse to fix utility poles that lean. They hold the renters responsible if the pole should damage their mobile home. Poor excuse given the price. Don’t move in this park unless they rent for less.

THEY SAY THEY HAVE A POOL IN THEIR AD THEY DO NO. THIS PLACE HAS VERY STRICK RULES. THAT ONLY SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO LIVE BY AND OTHERS DO NOT. IF YOU LIKE PEOPLE ALLWAYS WATCHING WHAT YOU DO AND WHEN YOU DO IT AND HOW YOU DO IT.THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF NOT THEN DO NOT COME HERE.THEY LIKE PEOPLE WHO WILL TELL ON OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY HAVE VERY STRICK RULES FOR YOUR PET. YOU CAN NOT HAVE A PET OVER 14" YOU MUST GIVE THEM A PICTURE OF THE PET. YOUR PET CAN ONLY BE OUTSIDE FOR 30MINS. IF YOU WORK YOU MUST LEAVE THE PET LOCK UP IN SIDE YOUR RV AND IT CAN NOT BARK OR MAKE NOISE. I WORK 5 TO 6 HOURS A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I HAVE A SMALL DOG THAT IS 10 YEARS OLD SHE LIKE TO BE OUTSIDE DURING THE DAY ON HER LEASE SHE LIKES TO LAY UNDER MY RV SHE DOES NOT MAKE NOISE OR MAKE A MESS BUT THIS PARK WOULD RATHER HAVE HER LOCKED UP ON THE INSIDE WHERE SHE HAS TO HOLD HER BLADDER UNTILL I GET HOME. THAT MAKES ME AND HER SAD. SO JUST BEAWARE.
