Purchased gun feb.10th, was told it would ship 2 days, still waiting on it to this day March 1st, its a shame my first experience was this bad.

I dropped of a rifle for cleaning and minor repairs and a year went by without anyone from the store returning my calls. When I finally got the owner on the phone, I asked him for the status of my rifle and why for a year no one returned my calls. He got upset and hung up on me. What a way to treat a customer. I do not recommend this awful store to anyone who has any expectations of reasonably fast and courteous service. Bollinger is a reason I prefer non-family owned stores. Non-family owned stores like Amazon always take care of the customer and keep you updated continuously. I should have known better than to go to a mom and pop store.

Wonderful family owned/operated business. Courteous, friendly, quality work at a fair price. Worth the ride to Taneytown. You will not be disappointed.

Great to deal with and best prices around

An hour drive from Baltimore, but well worth every minute of it. Took my 14.5" Carbine barrel and upper to get pinned by Bollinger. Everyone else was asking over $100 and 3 week turn around time. Bollinger took me in the back explained the entire process, showed all of the workings of the compensator/flash hider and how it is pinned and his process... Completed this and coated the welded portion to match the barrel in under 20 minutes. I ended up giving him more than he asked and tipped him because he did such a great job and was knowledgable and kind. What a great place. Will be going back for any gun work in the future for sure! Well worth the trip.
