Heidi Rivera started at the Florida office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, LLC in January of 2018 as a legal assistant. She was promoted to Paralegal in October of 2019 due to her diligence and desire to further her career in the legal field. She has been working Personal Injury cases since then with the majority being motor vehicle accidents. Heidi’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from University of South Florida. Heidi previously worked at a firm in St. Petersburg and primarily dealt with Foreclosure Defense, Collection Defense, and Consumer Protection. She was one of the lead paralegals responsible for assisting in filing numerous Class Action lawsuits against credit card companies for consumer violations.
