The Park at Chesterfield

You'll love living here if you love the sound of construction waking your kids up early in the morning and workers knocking on your door at 8am to move car every other day. They boast that if you have a maintenance request they GUARANTEE they will be there within 48hrs, well I've been waiting 2 weeks. One week after we signed our lease they informed us we had 2 days to find a different living arrangement because the place had termites and the building needed to be tented. So we had to pack our food, kids, and animals and find someone to take us in. Granted, they did get everyone hotel rooms with a check in at 11am and check out at 2pm, but you couldn't bring your animals and if you had to work OH WELL! The cheap rent is not worth it. We look forward to moving.
