Great work and great people. Paynes Environmental got the job done quickly and for a great price. Had gotten a quote from another company that I thought was a little high. A friend recommended Paynes and I called them and they came out the next morning quoted the job well under the the other company and started the next day and the job was completed before I knew it. Great job Terry. I already referred you my neighbor Pete he is calling you right after the new year.

Can't really rate the service since it was never done. He came out, gave me an estimate, I signed a contract (which put all the responsibility on me), said he had a week's work and I would be next. We never heard from him again. 5 days ago I spoke with some one I believe is the wife. She had no idea who I was but promised to call back that day. No call. He may do a good job but he certainly can't estimate how long a job will take and she certainly can't return a call. Customer service - zero!

A large oak fell on my house. Terry and his crew were here within an hour. Not only did they pull the tree off my house, they put tarp on the damaged area to prevent any leaks until it was repaired. I will use them in the future, and recommend to anyone needing tree work!

I have several huge oaks in my front yard. They came out and cut back all the trees and I could actually see the sky again. They did a tremendous professional job. They cleared up all debris and made my yard look absolutely beautiful. A truly professional and honest business to deal with. Their rates were fair and I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and have them back when I need this service again. Super A+++ Service!

Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond what was expected. Mr. Payne also donated his time and equipment to our small community church because he knew we did not have the funds to remove a potentially hazardous tree.

They trimmed all the trees in my yard, were very cean, professional and reasonable. They were so good that both of my neighbors hired them to do all of their trees as well. We called 5 companies including Payne's to remove an enormous oak that fell on our 2 story home on a Saturday morning. The presented very professional and knowledgable and we had to make a decision fast so we chose them. We are extremely pleased with their work! They removed this tree as well as the stump and even tarped our home. I was amazed at the equipment they had at our home so fast. The tree was enormous crushing our entire second story. They even referred a contractor to repair the roof who also was a fireman. These guys went above and beyond what we expected and even followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. We'll never use another tree company.
