HORRIBLE place to live!!!! Multiple water shut offs without any PROPER notice. The only thing they do is put a small handwritten sign at the front of the complex that you can barely read. Management can't tell their a** from their heads! They lose your rent and then accuse you of not paying at all! Maintenance half fixes things and their response to possible mold is to just paint over it! The "gym" only has ONE working machine and the pool is constantly dirty. Not to mention the walls and windows are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor have a casual conversation. There are currently code violations being investigated about pest control, improper sealing of doors and windows, and a whole slew of other things. They're on their THIRD management company who does't answer the phone or respond to messages left. Along with all of the issues, this complex and management team is beyond shady and cheap. Now, that's not to say that rent is cheap by any means... You pay a premium for an "upgraded" unit that is advertised as having wood floors (nope, vinyl), granite countertops (double nope, it's particleboard with a "granite" film on top), and stainless steel appliances (HA! They're actually silver plastic). 0/10 would NOT recommend.
