Limited selection - although I arrived late afternoon on a holiday.
Outstanding service - courteous staff..

National has become my go to when I need to rent a car. Very convenient. So happy to get away from Thrifty.

Easy peasy in and out with a nice vehicle. Customer service was not awesome as the person checking me out had her phone on her shirt and was talking on it the whole time.

Nothing against this particular location.

But I'm an executive member and I do not feel the cars offered represent the status.

Some times all that is available is Mni van.

In the past there were.

I am an Emerald Club member and was treated poorly. I reserved a premium vehicle for 3pm in Tampa and when we arrived there were no cars. Jake, the manager on duty, refused to upgrade us to an SUV and made us wait until cars arrived. We waited until 6 pm. He said he was going to compensate us financially, but never did. NEVER USE NATIONAL AGAIN.

Excellent experience. Emerald Club makes the car renting experience the easiest part of travel arrangements.

HORRIBLE!!

Requested a Full size auto and only available vehicles were economy cars and pick up trucks, had to complain and wait to receive a Ford fusion. Car came to me soaking wet as it was just turned in and rushed to delivery. I thought waiting 30 minutes for my car was bad enough No the saga continued! Upon returning the auto the inspector actually crawled under the car for inspection and noted a small spoiler piece had been dented. He informed me that the Fusions were known for this type of damage and he sees a lot of them damaged. I indicated to him and his manager I did not hit anything, nor did I park at any parking curbs and that it appeared to be old damage. Since no damage was listed on their computer I'm fighting them now to correct this injustice.

1) I will never rent a Ford Fusion

2) I may never rent from National again unless their management corrects this problem of theirs!!

I was bumped up to Emerald Club membership and was told I would get an upgraded car rental. When I went to pick a car the folks at Tampa FL airport told me I get what is there. They did not help me at all. The only car that was big enough for our luggage was filthy. The seats were stained, stained my dress. It looked like someone ate, spilled what they ate, then got sick. It was by far the worse experience with a rental company. Will not be booking through them again.

The process was extremely easy and since I have the Emerald club membership, I honestly felt like royalty throughout the process. Thank you again and I WILL be back!

Rented one of your Ford Focus 12/4 - 12/8. It was one of the easiest reservations I've ever made. Car was clean and in perfect condition. The counter girl had us in our vehicle immediately and turning the vehicle in was just as simple. I will continue to use National for all my rental needs. Plus I will share my experience with your service to all my friends and relatives.

We recently completed a one week trip, picking up a car in Tampa at the airport. They had a really good selection of vehicles available and easily met our needs. Staff were courteous and helpful. We are very happy with National.

Before 2 months ago i visited Tampa for my business conference. I have already booked them before 1 day. When i reached the airport they have already reached there picking me. I am very impressed from their staff. The condition of car was good, A/C was working fine and also the drive was driven the car within the speed limit. I reached at my place before time. I must recommend this service to my office friends when ever they will come at Tampa for a Business trip.
