We have sessions lasting from as little as 15 minutes, all the way up to an hour. These meditation experiences are exclusively at My EssentialHz. Wellness Coaching. Our Certified Wellness Coach will work with you to develop a healthy living plan tailored to your individual needs. This includes but is not limited to; developing personal meal plans, setting short and long term goals, keeping you motivated with daily texts and/or emails.
