Milana Reserve Apartment Homes

This was one of the worst apartments experiences I have had. I have had multiple incidents with this staff at this community. My leasing agreement was violated. They entered my apartment two days before my lease was over and threw away my things that I had in the apartment. I had moved my big things on Saturday and planned on coming back on Monday to get the rest of the smaller things as well as clean the apartment. I get to my apartment on Monday and fine the lock change and the door open and the apartment completely empty. I walked to the dumpster and see some of my items in the trash. The office was closed so I could not talk to anyone. I go to the office the following day Tuesday morning which is the last day of my lease at midnight. I spoke to Martha and ask why was my things thrown out and the terms of the lease violated because I still have ownership of the apartment till midnight tonight. She said she was going to check the computer and then she said " I'm sorry , I don't know what happened , must of been an error." that made no sense to me. I kept asking her how did that happened and all she kept saying is I don't know. They were negligent and just weren't doing their jobs because that should have never happened. Then I received a phone call from them saying that they had retrieved my items and that they were in the office. I asked them you can seriously expect me to take those items back when they were in the dumpster. Martha's response was that they were in a big black plastic bag like that made it okay. The point of the matter is my lease was not over, my apartment was not suppose to be entered without a notice and my things were not suppose to be thrown out. I still have ownership of the apartment as well as my keys. They refused to admit that they were wrong. I really do think that they just wanted to get the apartment leased again to someone new and that they did not care about what they had did.
