They're so sweet & professional, they should get a bigger location though..too small waiting area.

I was just in there for an appointment with my son to get his tooth pulled. For some reason his tooth was not pulled, he only received a cleaning. I was told this was the fault of whoever made my appointment, who conveniently was not there. When speaking to the receptionist I was told that I had to wait "hours" but they couldn't tell me how many, or I could come back in 2 months. Then I was threatened by a random woman in the waiting room who decided to get involved. She began asking me if i wanted to "take this outside" (while holding her newborn baby) and then she started making RACIST comments towards me. Because I defended myself against the woman, I was thrown out and told I could not make an appointment. Meanwhile the woman who threatened me remained inside. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a "professional" establishment. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Excellent service with my child. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends

Very unprofessional, unorganized and unethical, although I have in the past I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! They dont care about losing clients so they mistreat them and fail to give quality service which is expected especially when dealing with small children.
