        “I am from Canada and was looking to buy Beach Home in Florida and didn’t realize how messed up your banking system is in the States. I qualify traditionally, but the Flood Insurance Premium was ridiculous! My Realtor introduced me to Mike Conlon and his Private Equity Fund. He informed me they didn’t require Flood Insurance and could close in as little as 10 days!



        I am happy to report that my wife and I got the Beach Home we wanted and were able to close with Michael. I will be referring alot more Canucks to Global Bridge Holdings.”

        Mike Conlon helped me get my home when I could not get financing through a bank. Little more expensive than a normal loan, but cheaper then most banks that were even considering me were charging, so im very happy!

        I was unaware until I met with Rick from Global Bridge Holdings that they also did Auto Audits. I had a RV in which the note was sold a number of times ; their staff was able to provide me an Audit and a clear path to pursue my Lender. With Global Bridge Holdings assistance and help it allowed me to use the necessary leverage needed to get my debt released

        As a guy who travels all the time and is really a bottom line kind of person, I was impressed that Michael was very efficient,and was cognizant of my time constraints. he was able to really just cut to the chase and ultimately deliver Results! Very Impressed

        I've known Mike for about 2 yrs now and I have not one thing to say about this guy that is anything but positive. He is a loyal and trustworthy partner in this industry and has stepped up to the plate each and every time I've asked.
