Flippers Express Wash

This car wash scratched both of my left wheels on my brand new Lexus. I filled out an incident report with the nice man that controlled the car wash that day, and never heard anything back. I spoke with Katherine the first time and she said "I don't know why he would give you this number to call us" essentially making it seem as if she couldn't be bothered. I continued to call and call and no response. finally got a hold of Katherine who i spoke to months before. Suzine, a "partner", called me back and told me "too bad! take it to small claims court, you're going to lose anyways!", and then hung up on me. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have been a customer of Flipper's car wash since it opened in the Citrus Park are, but I am no longer and will not stop until someone reaches back out to me and resolves this huge issue. Based on the reviews this company gets it's a matter of time before they go out of business. You just don't treat your customers that way. And I should add... The times i went before this incident, only 2 vacuums were working and with little suction at that.

The carwash damaged my vehicle and I was unable to get in contact with any representative to discuss my issue. I filled out an accident report and call the home office three days consecutively. I left three messages; still, no one returned my call. It appears, they are not concerned about their customers.
