I'm so glad I found FlavaFitness Studio with their contract free pay as you go plan and friendly staff. I began my search for a fitness studio after finally accepting that I prefer to work out in a fun environment. Really, a gym routine and traditional fitness classes will never work for me. It's boring, period. Maybe for many, but not for me. FlavaFitness Studio is the opposite. Jeni, the owner is so much fun and so energetic. I have fallen in love with Zumba. I'm led through a workout and don't even realize how hard I'm working because I'm dancing, sweating and just having fun. Zumba is not the only class FlavaFitness Studio offers. There is something for everyone by offering: Caribbean Cardio, Bellydance, Booty Jam, Boot Camp, Tone & Sculpt, Burlesque, and other specialty classes. You've gotta try this studio, you'll love it as well!

If you love Zumba like I do, you will love FFS(FlavaFitness Studio)! Not only do they have tons on Zumba classes a week, they also have a wide array of other classes and special events. The prices also make it even better because they are so affordable. There is no contract which is great, you get to decide when you want to go!
