I do not know how the other Doctors were but Dr. Micheal Reisman was the doctor that treated my child. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a pediatric physician. He was extremely rude to my child and treated her like a 2 year old that needs to be potty trained. She is in fact 8 and has been potty trained for years. I was so angry when I left there because there was zero compassion for my child's situation and he was telling us that she was faking it. He doesn't know us and I really felt like that was beyond uncalled for. I will be filing a complaint about him and would not recommend anyone take their child to see him. My daughter cried the whole way home.

I cannot speak for all of the doctors at this office because my daughter only saw Dr. Polsky. We waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes...there are no toys or books, so my 4 yr old was already a little antsy before going back to the exam room. Once we got back to the exam room I didn't feel the need to make her sit in a chair, so she walked around the room not disturbing anything. I found a dinosaur toy in the diaper bag and she was playing with it. Dr. Polsky came in and started talking to me and asking questions, etc. He was not friendly from the get go. My daughter was walking around the exam table, making her dinosaur hop on it; however, she was not running, talking, or touching anything she shouldn't be. He stopped talking to me and asked her if she wanted a shot. She whimpered and said no and he proceeded to tell her that this wasn't a playground and she needed to go sit still beside me or she would get a shot! WHO DOES THAT? Totally unacceptable to threaten a child. I would be surprised if this man had kids of his own because it doesn't seem that he knows how to relate to them at all. The overall experience was not a good one. I didn't feel welcomed and I was uncomfortable with Dr. Polsky and the way he talked to and treated my child. The atmosphere is just not kid friendly and after meeting one of the physicians, I felt that this is certainly not a place for children. We will not be going back...

I am forever in debt to Dr. Reisman. I was so distraught when my 16 month old son a a circumcision gone wrong and no idea what we would need to do, as a mom my mind went immediately to him having to stand by the other boys in the kindergarten bathroom, then middle school dress out, to Oh my Lord what about finding a wife!!!! We were referred to Dr. Reisman by our pediatrician, and are so thankful, he wasn't at all concerned that we would have anything but a perfect result. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
