Beware of this apartment management. A lot of extra fees from what is originally quoted. Even after moving out the fees keep coming. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

I ABSOLUTELY WOULD ADVISE ANYONE INTERESTED IN LIVING IN CAMDEN TO NEVER EVER STEP FOOT ON THEIR PROPERTY THEIR MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND I HAD PROBLEMS SINCE DAY ONE OF MY MOVE IN NOW I OWE $1,500 CHARGE BECAUSE THEY RIPPED ME OFF IN THE CONTRACTS. THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE WHILE MAKING COMMISSION OFF OF THE RIP OFFS STAY AWAY. P.S I RATED IT A 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO.

Camden Yorktown (12410 West Little York Rd. zip 77041) - these people do not fix your problems at your apartment. they also try to rip off your security deposit (after your contract is done) giving you excuses to charge. This apartment has been a very bad experience and I intend to get my money back if I have to talk to the VP or someone higher up in corporate. The management is the problem. They train people to rip off your money. Tried to increase my rate from $870 to $1050 after one year lease. I moved out. Isn't that ridiculous? The apartment unit had noise problems, washer problems, toilet, ac, et... it is not worth the money.

I live at the Camden portofino in Pembroke Pines fl and its a joke. It looks nice from the outside which sucks you in and they only show one thats nice on the internet so that you think they all look like that but its a lie. Also the office is never freaken available, they never, ever, and I mean never answer there phones. I have walked down there and yup there they are sitting at there desks ignoring the phones. The kitchen cabinets are falling a part.....floor is grouse....never even cleaned the carpets before moving in. Also the gate they say is security is broken every morning so there goes your security. Also you have Joe next door smoking out side and lets say its not cigerattes. ITs truly I rip off here they charge way too much for what you get. THey basically went to home depot and bought the cheapest stuff and instead of replacing they rig it or say if you extend your lease we will replace it....and your like what????? Stay away from this place..not worth the money!!!!!

Lived there for one year, I am a 50 yr old women was quite, clean, no complaints. When time to move out, after 30 day notice, and they lost paper work, wanted to charge me another months rent. I refused and still do, its the principal, their wrong doing and now I have to pay. Now reported me to collections. I have had perfect credit my whole life tell I lived here. Same with neighbors behind me. My lawyer said its called double renting. I would never live in a Comden complex again and advise others the same.....be careful when you want to move.
