cafe at waterford

This new caf is terrible. They basically serve re-heated food that they made that morning and it sits in a warming tray. They do nothing from scratch including their sandwiches - the meat and cheese are already pre-sliced and old. They have a very limited menu with 2 or 3 specials that are, again, re-heated or leftover food. Their soup is supposedly homemade but tastes like it was cooking for hours. Its a great location in the building but the food is blah. No one is going to buy a sandwich every single day. The only good thing they have are deserts which are made somewhere else. Very disappointed with this caf and hope they get new restaurant when this one closes. Very few customers even at lunch time are in there.
