Where do I even begin? How do you fully encapsulate someone with whom you've worked and relied upon for over 12 years now. Brenda managed both of our Tampa rental properties flawlessly for these 12 years. And then she helped us every step of the way in the process of selling those same two houses. On countless number of occasions she brought peace to every transactions. There was not a single moment I doubted her suggestion(s) or where I had to second guess her decisions(s). I wish we had more properties in the are so we continue to do business with Brenda. My best words are simply not enough.

My wife and I had been looking to purchase a condominium on the beach for 2 years. It was important for us to own a unit on the gulf side with good rental history. We worked closely with Brenda and Tracey as we researched multiple properties over those 2 years. Brenda and Tracey were excellent with working with us until we finally found and closed on a condominium on Redington Shores. They were instrumental on navigating the issues that arise with condominium associations and getting all needed documentation for purposes of mortgage approval, as well as, potential problems that could arise with some of the properties we considered. It was a great learning process and Brenda and Tracey really did a great job with seeing the process all the way through. We really enjoyed working with them.

Shortly after renting a home from Craig and Associates, we decided to purchase it. Brenda took us through the process step-by-step. Her advice was always on point and her referral of a mortgage specialist saved us thousands. We were very fortunate to have Brenda on our side.
