Baby Face Portraits

They couldn't get to me the entire week I was in the hospital, so I had to come back. They misinformed me on what I was purchasing and because I got digital copies (that wouldn't even open) they would only refund me 1/6 of what I paid, because "you cant refund for digital copies". It took 2 weeks for them to return my call about setting up an appointment. So my child was 7 weeks by time they scheduled his 4 week pictures. When I called about the usb drive not working the owner told me he would email them to me. I had practically had to demand they mail me them on a USB drive, because that's what I paid $150 for. On top of all this they overwork their employees. My photographers child was sick with a virus (that we vaccinate for) and she still had to come to work taking pictures of newborns.
