At ultimate image auto and treatted me With respect And didn't try to force any kinda of a car down my throat. I come in knowing what type of vehicle I was interested in. Angelo Mickens show me different types ( due to a change in heart of my part.) was very polite, patient, respectful. Chris who is the manager was also polite and very informative. He also treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed. Any who I highly recommend this auto dealer. At other car dealer ships I was treat horribly especially if my husband wasn't with me. MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCED WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU ULTIMATE IMAGE AUTO.

Avoid this place. Was sold a car that was so overpriced cannot sell it or trade it. On the same car, had to pay over 500 for repairs after their "Warranty" shop (Auto Tech) supposedly could not find a problem with a SMOKING alternator. Needless to say, shortly after their sorry warranty expired, the alternator had to be replaced - out of pocket. They will rip you off.

Purchased a car from this dealership, and had to bring the car back multiple times, some of the repairs they refused to fix them. My salesman said "All cars on the lot can't be perfect." What dealer says that? If you want a car with a lot of issues and want to be ripped off and sexually harassed, then this is the place for you. If you want a respectable dealer and a car you can depend on, find another dealership.

Complete waste of time. go somewhere else.

I have heard so many good things about this dealership, I thought maybe my sister was being a little extra, but it turned out everything she told me was true! I had a great experience when I went to Ultimate Image. They treated me nothing like the other car dealerships did. I got to drive and look at multiple cars before I had to make a decision! I will definitely be sending my friends there!
