Proctor Honda

Dealership refuses to honor warranty service. Set six appointments to have warranty covered work done. All six were cancelled by dealership. Two months later the dealership states there are no appointments for "this sort of work". Funny as the website states many open and available spots.

Also dealer stated they would provide rental in the meanwhile. Sadly I get there and they state they don't offer that service ever.

I came to proctor honda this morning to have my car looked at and everything has been good so far. Rocky and the other people helped me when i got here and have been keeping me informed about my car, as far as service goes this has been good

I still have my 01" honda that i brought down from New York. I am surpirsed it is still going but it has lasted me a long time and I hear Hondas last a long time if you take care of them. My dad also drives an Accord. I like the service department here at Proctor Honda, they take care of my car.
