Northside Mower

EXTREMLY RUDE. I am a small business owner here in Tallahassee, FL. First time calling, as advised by Dewalt Manufacturer that they were the closest approved repair shop in Tallahassee, I asked if they could help me out with a pump replacement that may or may not be under warranty. Instead of answering the question the man on the phone raised his voice in frustration and spoke to me like I was stupid. I was willing to pay for repair if it was not covered by warranty. But now I would much rather buy the part myself and replace it or travel ANYWHERE else before giving "North Side Mowers & Small Engine Repair" a single penny. Based on other reviews I found about sketchy business interactions with this place I would definitely think twice before doing business with them. But don't take my word for it, give them a call one day and find out for yourself, or just do a little research. Good luck.
