No doubt she is friendly and professional, but she absolutely does NOT care about what the customer wants. For example, I booked a 20 minutes outdoor portrait session with her, and she seemed like wrapping up everything within less than 20 minutes. When I pay $200 for my 2 portraits, I would expect them to be the best quality, and would like to choose one that "I" like, and not what SHE likes. However, she did not even give me a chance to look at my portraits in her computer before processing them.

I had been to other photographers, and they let you choose your portraits BEFORE they process them. In addition, eventually the ones she processed lacked the professional touch. They seemed like done in a hurry and done by an amateur photographer, I can even say a kid.

I would rather add some more money and buy an SLR camera with the best 1.8/2.4 lens and have my friends click them for me, than paying this insane money for a bad quality product. Believe me, I feel like I made a stupid mistake and just burnt my $200 notes in a fireplace!
