        I rented a heater - or almost did - faxed in my order, called 20 minutes later to cancel and was told they would charge a 50% cancellation fee - FIFTY percent even though I called within 20 minutes after ordering. They were unwilling to offer any options and just said I should have read my contract more carefully. If you can avoid using them I would suggest using someone more customer friendly.
