Grad Images

Iconic Group is also known individually as Grad Images, University Photo, Marathon Foto, Worldwide Photography and Backprint. At my university graduation, they took only ONE picture of me at and you can't even see my face! When I received the email with this photo, I asked why they didn't stop to take one second and take another photo and they only said, "Thanks for contacting GradImages! Unfortunately that is the only photo available. We do apologize for the inconvenience. If there's anything we can do to bring the quality of our photos up please let us know."

Seriously? You can bring up the quality of your photos by actually hiring professionals to appropriately capture the most SIGNIFICANT moment in someone's life! That moment is GONE forever and they couldn't bother to say, "Hey, let's take one more to make sure we get a good one"? Why not? Was the photographer so busy or careless that it didn't matter to her? What on EARTH could be more important???
