Extreme Carpet Care

This company came by to power wash my apartment complex. Someone was cleaning one of the buildings and I was told by one of the "professionals" cleaning that it would by fine to walk by him to my apartment door. The man insisted it was only water and that I didn't have to walk around the building to avoid the spray. It wasn't until I walked through and smelled the chemicals puddled on the ground that I noticed there was a huge bleach stain on my clothing and now my clothes are completely ruined. I called the manager at Extreme Carpet Care multiple times and after three full days of calling, being told she was unavailable by the secretary, finally received a call back and she was not helpful or considerate in the least bit. She told me that the employee who told me it was fine to walk to my door didn't remember talking to me, which is a complete lie because I was probably the only resident he would have talked to on the property that day. Don't trust a single person working for this company and certainly don't hire them to do any work for you. Horrible business model.
