Skin & Cancer Associates has absolutely abhorrent customer service. Within a twenty minute phone call I spoke to six different people, all of which requested that I "hold" without mentioning being transferred.

Throughout my experience no one asked for my opinion, instead they threw medicine at me without even asking about my symptoms. My concerns were totally overlooked and despite my requests, I never spoke to a doctor over the phone. When I had concerns about medication, the person I was able to speak to on the phone assured me that her children had taken the medicine before and it worked just fine.



This office has cost me time and money that I cannot get back. I spent six weeks with a condition that was almost instantly fixed once the doctors actually spoke to me.
