I love Bowden's Carpet Cleaning. I have used their services for years. They have cleaned the carpets at my home, office and beach house; cleaned the tile at my home; and provided emergency water extraction from my home, office and beach house. The staff are professional and prompt. Their prices are reasonable and coupons are always available. I highly recommend Bowden's, a locally run, USA small business.

We've always had the carpet's cleaned whenever we moved. After years of renting, we recently bought our first home. We immediately called Bowden's again - and sure enough, the same excellent job as always. We thought we might have to buy new carpet - nope! They cleaned them so well, all the carpet looks brand new!

I will never use them again. Came late. Unable to get the cleaning solution to work. Kept walking out and in his truck. Came back with grease all over his boots. Just used the steamer, did not move any furniture. Had more stains on it after " cleaned" than before.

Bowden's just cleaned 5 rooms in my 4 year old home. They really did a very good job. The carpets look great and the service was timely and professional. Highly recommended.

I use Bowden's carpet cleaning for my home and private clinic. My experience has been very positive! Always on time (6 cleanings and counting) and courteous. They gladly accommodate my clinic hours. In fact, gentleman was 15 min early today and I was not quite ready, and he took initiative to move a few objects off floor and help me as opposed to taking a break, which I am certain he has earned based on how hard he is working as I type this. I am very pleased and recommend Bowden's without hesitation.

Late. Called. And still later. They don't do edges next to the wall. Been only a few days and spots showing back up under almost no traffic. I will need to pay another company to come out and do the job again.

I called a few minutes ago and asked for a quote and the dumb woman said 39.95 and I said are you all busy today and she replied," We dont work on Sunday's ." So why does the ad say open 24 hours? Dummy!

Bowden's carpet Cleaning Inc. is amazing! I used almost every carpet cleaner iin this town and they are the only ones who ALWAYS show up and are knowledegable of what they are doing. I used another company for a water extraction before and ended up having to sue them for leaving mold & mildew. There's a reason Bowden's has won Best of Tallahassee for the past 2 years. I would NEVER use another company

If you are looking for reasonable prices, you have to right place, but if you really want to get your carpet CLEAN please find another place. They rush to get the job done and after the lines are gone and the carpet has dried you can see every stain you had before cleaning the carpet! NOT THE BEST AT ALL!!!

The above lady got a very nasty attitude when i mentioned that the advertised coupon was for Leon County Only as clearly maked. She then preceeded to get nasty with me. So when she snapped that she would have to verify with her husband i simply said okay have a nice evening.

worst carpet cleaners ever. in and out of my 3 bedroom house in less than 30 minutes. Very few stains actually dissapeared. I'll never use them again.

Called Bowdens's Carpet Cleaning to do three rooms in the house. Marvin was very friendly about setting up the appt. When I asked about the price to verify he told me that outside Tallahasse they only do the deep cleaning and if going to Quincy they charge an additional $20.00. When I said that nothing was mentioned on the coupon about restrictions, he got nasty and said I'm telling you now! When I told him I would have to check with my husband on the price difference he told me in that nasty voice have a good night and hung up.Marvin could have made it better if as soon as he knew where I lived he would have stated any differences they may have with coupons based on distance and gas. Most peoople understand about the increased gas expense. He could have at least offered a compromise to gain and keep business. At the time I called, there were at least 3 other people prepared to call on him based off the work they did on my carpet.

I used Bowden's Carpet Cleaning and they did a great job! Very fast, detailed and got out all the bad spots on my carpet.They showed up on time so I didn't have to wait. I would recommend them to anyone !!

They are a HORRIBLE company and completely unprofessional. I lost 2 hours from my day, since they NEVER SHOWED up for the appointment. After calling numerous times and finally getting a hold of someone on the phone, they proceeded to be rude and hang up on me. If you want a reliable company with good customer service DO NOT call Bowden's carpet cleaning service.

Bowden's Carpet Cleaning is excellent. They came in to my home, did the cleaning within an hour, charged a reasonable rate and carpets have never looked better. I was very pleased with the length of time it took for the carpet to dry and price was best i found.
