Birthday suprise

I found a recipe for salmon on the menue that my mother had prepared in her kitchen, when I was just a child. Of course, I had to sample the dish and it lived up to my expectations. This made a a 50th birthday 'fab.', a wonderful eveningin a great attmosphere, with great food, great wine and good friends..
