        Todd and Dawn Spillman are the owners of Tahoe Heating, established in 1974. We specialize in restoring heat. We have an extensive parts inventory and, in most cases, can repair an existing furnace on the initial call. Tahoe Heating is an authorized Carrier dealer and through our service we have found that Carrier is one of the best replacement furnaces on the market. We have kept current with the technology of the high efficient equipment. Through our extensive experience at high altitude work on all brands of furnaces, we know what is required to service this equipment to provide the most reliable system. Fuel prices have escalated dramatically recently and if your furnace was manufactured prior to mid-1980s, a high efficiency replacement pays for itself over a short period of time. Our extensive experience with forced air furnaces has provided us with knowledge to keep your heating system operating at its maximum comfort and efficiency.
