Cherokee Hills Apartments

Cherokee Hills started under new management on August 1, 2017. We are amazed at the turn-around the new management has had in just one month! They are doing an excellent job. They are addressing the many maintenance issues in a fast and efficient way. Sadly, things at the complex have been neglected for quite a few years. They have much work ahead of them but are committed to making Cherokee Hills a safe, clean and friendly environment for all their tenants. You will not go wrong renting from them.

this was a horrible place to live the apartment was falling apart the bath tube wouldn't drain the toilet broke it took the manager stacy a week to send some one to fix it even though i told her my apartment was flooded!!! that was better then having to sit in the freezing cold for 2weeks with a baby!!! because again the apartment manager didn't care one Damn bit and yelled and Cused at me for calling her everyday till she finally sent somebody to fix it after my baby and i were sick from being left in the cold this was in the snow storm 2011only way we keep from completely freezing to death was a Lil space heater i had and lots of blankets!!! my fridge went out it took 2 months to get it replaced only after i asked her about it at least 10 times and got yelled and Cused again then came summer still having problems with the heat and air we were made to sit in the heat for over month after about 15 calls it finally got fixed i had the police knock on my door looking for in his words a crack head looking women a lady had given a ride to my apartment that had stole the ladys wallet and the lady had told the police that she gave the women a ride to the apartment and watched her unlock the door and walk in around the time this happened i had came in from work and found my door unlocked and things missing so i asked the manager to change the locks i had a baby and didn't feel safe after a week of waiting and being up all night worrying somebody was gonna come in my apartment i changed the lock myself about 2 months later she sent the menace man to change it and then threatened to kick me out for changing the locks + there were Rouchs every where couldn't get rid of them the vent fan in the bathroom caught on fire when i called about that the response from the manager was well is it out or do i need to call the fire department i told it was out or i would have called them but i didn't know why it caught on fire and if she would please send somebody to look at it that once again i was yelled at and nobody ever came
