this was my second time i had them file my taxes and i had needed to change the mailing address for which my refund would be mailed to and they some how got it incorrect and instead of fixing the mistake they had made they gave me a phone number to call (which was also incorrect) to fix myself i basically payed 50$ fee to have to fix a mistake they made and spend multiple days trying to find the correct phone number to call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FILING YOUR TAXES HERE

I went to this fine lady today because I had a problem with the IRS. She tried everything she could to help, and when she couldn't (because IRS regs), she didn't even charge me for time. She is also a sweet, pleasant lady, and her receptionist was very nice and offered refreshments. They had lollipops out, and when I asked, I got to take two home for my kids. It is a very well-appointed office, professional with a homey touch.
